This
is a joint work with Shamgar Gurevich under the supervision of Prof. J.
Bernstein.
We prove the Kurlberg-Rudnick conjecture in the theory of quantum
chaos. The proof uses methods from representation theory, Deligne's
geometric theory of the Weil representation and l-adic cohomology.
