Mathematical Models in Biology Research

Based on modern theoretical knowledge of biological structures, analytic methods are employed to deduce quantitative rules determining changes in natural populations, namely population dynamics. Asymptotic analysis of population dynamics, either in terms of  time differential equations or in those of iterated  transformations, are employed, in turn, to study various quantitative questions, concerning the process of biological evolution.
