Distributional limits for generalized Hajian-Ito-Kakutani transformations.

Abstract:

Joint work with Omri Sarig.
These transformations are skew products over stationary adic transformations.
Some of them are connected to the exchangeability relation on a one sided topological Markov shift.
They have return sequences of form n/(log n)^{d/2} (d a non-negative integer) and
distributional limits of form exp[-chi square with d degees of freedom].
