The fact we are issuing the Second Edition of "The Yellow Pages" is, certainly, of great importance. One point is just a point while two points define a whole linear continuum (as mathematics says which all the editors believe is a useful science). On the other hand, one observation is just an observation while two forms a basis for the very deep inference in statistics (which at least one of the editors believes is a useful science)!
So, instantly, the Second Edition of "Kerosene Yellow Pages" you are looking at becomes the regular EVENT that nobody can ignore.
Things move ahead. Some of us have just migrated while others, the rumours say, are preparing to migrate for the second time!! In these changing circumstances "The Pages" provide quick, objective and reliable look at what we were, what we are and probably even at what we will be looking like in the next few years. I will be very happy if you find this edition to be not just a reference book but also a chance to remember old friends and to think of all of us as the members of one team distributed over the world.
