Title: Strong approximation theorem
for absolutely irreducible varieties
over PSC Galois extensions of global fields

Abstract:
I'll first translate the statement of the result to the language of schemes.
Then I'm going to use Moret-Bailly's work and translate his result in terms
of free modules over rings. Using methods of Geyer-Jarden on stabilizing
elements, I'll try to conclude the strong approximation theorem over certain
PSC Galois extensions of global fields.
