The Birational Anabelian Theorem for Surfaces over Q-bar
Abstract:
We will present the method of Anabelian intersection theory 
introduced in the speaker's thesis, 
and use it to understand Anabelian phenomena over Q-bar. 
We obtain as a corollary an explicit construction of, 
for any number field K, a field F such that Out_cont(G_F) = G_K.
