Title: Hilbert's Twelfth Problem

Abstract:
We will talk about the explicit version of class field theory:
can we explicitly find all abelian extensions of a field?
The lecture will restrict to number fields (and related fields),
and will include the Kronecker-Weber theorem, Complex Multiplication,
and the general ideas of Shimura Varieties.
