The School of Mathematical Sciences at Tel Aviv University invites applications for Post-doctoral Fellowships for the 2014-15 academic year, in Number Theory and Mathematical Physics, to work on the project “Arithmetic and Quantum Chaos”, supported by the European Research Council (ERC) and led by Prof. Zeev Rudnick.
The School of Mathematical Sciences is a leading international research institution with active groups in pure and applied mathematics, statistics, operations research and mathematical game theory. Further information about the School, including a list of our faculty and specific areas of research, is available from our web site.
We welcome who will have completed a Ph. D. degree by September 30, 2014 (but not earlier than October 1, 2010). Candidates should have background in Number Theory and/or Mathematical Physics.
Post-doctoral Fellowships are strictly research positions and do not carry any teaching responsibilities.
Fellowships are offered for one year but can be renewed by mutual agreement.
