Common structure

You will have access to the following routines: local_atm_send_tau, local_atm_receive_tau, local_ATM_connect_tau, local_atm_accept_tau. Those routines,in addition to the regular parameters will receive another parameter type_of_connection. This parameter can be one of three values:

1. standard_ATM_type -- calls the regular ATM routines.
2. DBA_type -- Calls the Dynamic bandwidth allocation routine.
3. TCP_type -- Call the TCP routines.

In addition there will be a global parameter Error_num that will control the probability of a cell getting lost.
