  1. Differential-operator equations with application to ordinary and partial differential equations (since 1988).
  2. Isomorphism, coerciveness, and completeness of root functions of boundary value problems with a parameter (since 1982).
  3. Application of the theory of completeness of root functions to various mechanical problems of elasticity (1993-1998).
  4. Acoustic properties of fibrous materials (1998-2001).
